Regenerative Pro Gardening, Designs & Consultations
Over the past 20+ years in business, one of the most frequent questions I’ve heard is, “Where do I start, what do I do about…?” Whether you’re a new gardener, an experienced one, or someone who simply loves having a garden but isn’t sure where to begin or what to do next, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the “how” and “what” of gardening.
The best way I’ve found to address that question is through a discovery session. During this conversation, I draw on my professional coaching skills to understand your dreams, needs, and desires for your garden—be it an indoor retreat or an outdoor sanctuary. We’ll also explore how you want to feel in that space, ensuring that the end result nurtures both you and the environment around you.
Central to my approach is regenerative gardening and design, which follows the ecological principles observed in Nature. By recognizing that everything is interconnected, we embrace a mindful method of working with Nature—one that sustains life now and for future generations.

You’re here because you want to take your garden or design to the next level, or perhaps you wish to address challenges you are having in your garden.
I get it and I’ve got you!
My aim isn’t just to give you the how to’s for creating, improving and growing outdoor gardens better; I want you to enjoy the experience of exploring what’s possible, ensure that it fits your time and budget, that it’s Earth friendly and that you will still love it for years to come.
Common challenges
Many of us face common challenges when it comes to gardening: a lack of time, poor soil conditions, limited or excessive space, unpredictable weather, changing seasons, pests, nibbling wildlife, drought, exposure, and of course, budget concerns. Yet whether you’re working with in-ground plots, balcony containers, or aeroponic tower gardens, growing your own garden remains wonderfully rewarding.
When we improve the soil and understand how to support biodiversity for wildlife, we’re aligning our gardens more closely with Nature. And when you cultivate your own food gardens or food forests, you’ll know exactly where your food comes from, savoring the nutrient-dense, flavorful results with every bite.
To help you bring your vision to life, I use everything from traditional pencil-and-paper sketches to the latest design software. Take a look—you might be surprised at how achievable your dream garden truly is!

- ANN C.

Hi I’m Elizabeth,
If you ask around, most people would describe me as a bit of a “Nature Nut, Garden Guru, and Flower Lady.” My love for the outdoors began with a background in outdoor recreation and environmental education, eventually leading me to earn certificates in horticulture, horticultural therapy, greenhouse management, permaculture design, shamanic gardening and design, and soil advocacy facilitation.
For over 22 years as a professional gardener, consultant, and designer, I’ve witnessed firsthand the profound importance of our connection with Nature—and with ourselves. We are Nature, and as such, we become stewards of our place on Earth, responsible for nurturing the world that nurtures us.
