Probably one of the most common questions I’ve received over the past 20 years in business is “where do I start”. From new gardeners, experienced gardeners to people who don’t garden but love to have them, many people get overwhelmed by the how and what to do’s first when it comes to gardening.
The best way I can answer that question is for us to go through a discovery session so I can get to know you a bit better. I bring my professional coaching skills into the conversation so we can have a discussion about your dreams, needs and desires for your garden and how you want to feel in your indoor or outdoor garden space.
Regenerative gardening and designs is based upon the ecological principles that Nature follows; everything is interconnected. It is a mindful approach to working with Nature now and for generations to come.

My aim isn’t just to give you the how to’s for creating, improving and growing outdoor gardens better or starting to grow a year-round indoor garden; I want you to enjoy the experience of exploring what’s possible, ensure that it fits your time and budget, that it’s Earth friendly and that you will still love it for years to come.
Common challenges
For most of us our challenges are lack of time, unhealthy soil conditions, limited or even too much space, weather irregularities, the seasons, pests, nibbling wildlife, drought or exposure and of course, the budget. Whether its in-ground gardens, balcony gardens or aeroponic tower gardens, growing our own gardens is rewarding for so many reasons.
When you improve the soil and understand biodiversity for wildlife, we can approach your garden with Nature in mind. When you grow your own food gardens and food forests, you know exactly where your food is coming from and can appreciate the nutrient dense, delicious taste with every bite.
I use everything from the traditional pencil and paper to the latest in design software to support you in seeing what it is you wish to create. Check it out!
How it works
After an initial call to ensure that I am the right fit for your needs, we then coordinate an onsite or online consultation. If that’s all you need, I email you a summary. Then, if you decide you would like to go further and receive software generated designs with a summary similiar to the picture shown here, we continue with a schedule that works for you.

Hi I’m Elizabeth,
Ask anyone and they would likely describe me as a bit of a ‘Nature Nut, Garden Guru & Flower Lady’. With a background in outdoor recreation and environmental education, I went onto earn certificates of completion in horticulture, horticulture therapy, greenhouse management, permaculture design, shamanic gardening & design and soil advocacy facilitation.
As a professional gardener, consultant and designer over the past 20+ years, I understand the importance of our connection with Nature and ourselves. We are Nature and we are the stewards for our place on Earth.
