Our Horticulture Therapy Wellness Coaching Package is designed for individuals seeking a grounded, holistic path to personal growth, healing, and balance—through the nurturing power of nature.

Initial Wellness Consultation (75 minutes)
A comprehensive session to explore your goals, health history, and connection to nature. We’ll co-create a personalized wellness plan rooted in your values and seasonal rhythms.4 Seasonal Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each)
Delivered monthly or bi-weekly in person or online, these sessions combine therapeutic gardening activities, mindfulness, movement, and lifestyle guidance.

I didn’t think much about health and wellness when I was younger.
I ate fairly well and stayed reasonably active—but like many people, I assumed that was enough. It wasn’t until I faced some health challenges, largely brought on by stress, that I had a real wake-up call. I realized I had drifted too far from feeling grounded, nourished, and truly well.
Time, money, and a full-to-overflowing plate kept me stuck in procrastination for a while. But once I started tuning into how I was actually feeling, everything began to shift. I began making small, mindful choices—simple steps that felt doable and real. And that’s when change started to take root.
Now, I love guiding others to do the same.
Wellness doesn’t have to be complicated. With simplicity, mindfulness, and the healing power of Nature, you can reconnect and thrive—one small step at a time.
